Baalnoi academy was established in the year 1997 with the aim of reforming and transforming defence education. In the past 23 years we have grown from pillar to post and have contributed over 16,000 officers to the Indian Defence Forces with Baalnoi students posted as officers to every arm and service of our Defence Forces. We ensure our students enjoy their coaching from a candidate to a GC and celebrate their success. We have always strived to make our students educationally armed, physiologically and psychologically developed. Baalnoi Academy continues to be guided by the ethos even at times of the Covid-19 pandemic.

We ensure that our students learn the nuances of UPSC written examination and selection process at the SSB because they “want to join the Defence forces as officers” and not because they need to go through the selection process, thereby making them Academy ready.
