Qualifying Marks
The Territorial Army Directorate have discretion to fix qualifying marks in the subjects of the examination.
Penalty for Wrong Answers
For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one third (0.33%) marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty. Question marked for review will be treated as unanswered.

Time
Maximum time for each paper is 02 hrs and will be conducted in two sessions from 1000hrs to 1200hrs and 1400hrs to 1600hrs.
Type of Exam
Objective (OMR Answer Sheet will be used).
Qualifying Marks
The Candidates will have to score minimum 40% marks in each paper separately and have an overall average of 50% to qualify.
Penalty for Wrong Answers
There will be penalty imposed for wrong answers marked by a candidate - half of the mark assigned to the question will be deducted as penalty.

PIB AND SSB
Candidates whose application forms are found correct will be called for Writtem Test and on qualifying the Written Test will be called for an interview by Preliminary Interview Board (PIB) at their respective TA Group Headquaters.
Successful candidates on clearing PIB will further undergo SSB and Medical Board before final selection.
